straightforward refund policy that has been designed with our customers in
mind. Full details of this policy are explained below. This refund policy is
always subjected to our terms and conditions.
Refund Policy Online QA
We will issue a refund if you are not satisfied with our QA program.
You
must have to apply for refund within 2 days of your payment.
The
refund process is not automated for cheque & cash drop and it will be done only through a fund
transfer or cheque drop. You will need to provide
your bank account detail for the same.
We
will refund the amount within 10 days after your refund submission,
please inform us incase if you have not received the payment within 10 days.
Refund Policy Phone/Email/Chat/Direct Consulting
We will issue a refund if you are not satisfied with the consulting.
You
must have to apply for refund within 4 days of your payment.
The
refund process is not automated for cheque & cash drop and it will be done only through a fund
transfer or cheque drop. You will need to provide
your bank account detail for the same.
We
will will refund the amount within 10 days after your refund submission,
please inform us incase if you have not received the payment within 10 days.
Refund Process

In the email describe 'what caused you to apply for
refund".
In
the email copy the Payment Id (Login to www.pathlegal.in and click on "My Home" would give the payment id) or go through your email and get the payment id
In
the email include your bank account detail for your refund payment incase of cheque/bank transfer/cash deposit.
Note:- All the above refunds are subject to the approval from PathLegal Quality Team. PathLegal quality team has the full authority to make decision to the refund request. PathLegal quality team may reject the refund request after the analysis if they feel that the reason for refund request is not genuine. There is no refund possible after releasing the payment to the lawyers.
